If an unfortunate event occurs where company fails to distribute any earnings or pay withdrawals for any member from that account as suggested on Mining-Digital.com for various reason which includes but not limited to: payment gateway failure, DDoS attack, Bitcoin price crash, company's datacenter failure, and network crash, etc., which results in a loss of part or all of member's funds previously or currently transferred to the company or balance with Mining-Digital.com, then contact the company's live support and place the complaints.

As Mining-Digital.com visitor or member you agree to not use this site service and content in any illegal way, and you guarantee to respect your local, state, national and international laws.
7) Mining-Digital.com SPAM Policy:
We will not tolerate SPAM, or any type of UBE/UCE in connection to this site.

If you have violated the aforementioned SPAM policies you will lose the rights of using our service and all of your account privileges and funds may be revoked or frozen (partially or fully) for a period of time deemed logically necessary by our company's administration and at their sole discretion.
8) Violation of any term and condition mentioned here may get you permanently removed from this site/program and you may lose your rights to use Mining-Digital.com site services in the future and all of your account and funds will be revoked and frozen.
